This episode's guest was born in London, but has lived in several different countries across the world. We find out how Hina sees herself, in terms of nationality and why. Hina explains why she believes the country she identifies with deserves a visit and she treats us to a story from her childhood - which has a surprising source.



A ski mountaineer, Suzy Madge, takes us to an extremely high, cold and lonely place - the Mustagata mountain in China. Suzy is the leader of a group of women called The Lipstick Blondes who recently attempted to climb Mustagata mountain. She talks about a difficult decision she had to make on the expedition.



Women and football - do the two really go together? Major football competitions for women, such as the World Cup, often go barely noticed, whereas the whole world seems to stop when the men's matches are on. We hear from someone who's trying to change that.

International Day of the Book is a yearly event on 23 April, organized by UNESCO to promote reading, publishing and copyright. The English Department at the Official School of Languages is having a SHORT STORY COMPETITION to celebrate it. The deadline for your stories to be submitted is 14 April.
